On 25th September 2018, a fire broke out in Xiaoshuibu Village of Yuhuan City, resulting in a major safety accident with 11 deaths, which had a great impact on the society. In order to further strengthen the safety management, to prevent the occurrence of various types of safety accidents, the company in the morning of 26 September, urgently held a morning meeting of safety rectification and investigation, the company's entire staff attended the meeting.

The company's administrative department manager, Lin Li Fa, made a speech at the meeting, pointing out that now from the central to local, to the enterprise are carrying out safety inspections, we must attach great importance to the issue of safety. Requirements for each department, workshop and the company's dormitory should be top-down, bottom-up self-check, and especially stressed that the dormitory must not be allowed to have private wires and uncased wires exist, ordered the Ministry of Administration to arrange a safety inspection in the near future.

The chairman and general manager of the company, Mr Gao, made important instructions at the meeting. Mr Gao pointed out that the major safety accident on 25th September is worth our reflection, safety is not someone else's business, it is our own business, we must always pay attention to the details around us, self-inspection, self-rectification.

Finally, Mr Gao asked all departments and workshops to do the following:

1, in the future, the focus of safety work should be placed on hidden accidents, sources of risk investigation, management and monitoring, to fundamentally eliminate the safety factors.

2, do a good job of safety work first of all workshops must strengthen the safety education and training work. The person in charge of the workshop, operators, maintenance personnel to take effective safety education and training, through training to continuously improve the safety quality of workers and operating skills. To seriously implement the provisions of the "training before work", there are special job requirements, no training must not be on duty operations.

3, to change the work style. Production safety is no small matter, we must always be pragmatic and practical, and work hard to make production safety work detailed, practical, good and effective. The person in charge of production coordinates and solves the outstanding problems in production safety work in a timely manner.

4, do a good job in production safety, the task is arduous, heavy responsibility. I hope that everyone in accordance with the company's arrangements and deployment, with life above all, the responsibility is heavier than Mount Taishan's sense of mission, real work, due diligence, good production safety work, to ensure that the company's production safety situation continues to develop steadily.
