In order to further promote the development of enterprise innovation and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, in the morning of 9th January, 2024, Zhejiang Kanghua Glasses Co., Ltd. and the project cooperation unit, Beijing Yuangong International Science and Technology Co. MOM Manufacturing Operation Management System" project was officially launched. The project aims to build an agile and flexible manufacturing system to meet the unified coordination and scheduling of multiple production scenarios, so as to improve management efficiency and reduce costs.

The core concept of the MOM project is to realise the modernisation, intelligence and automation of enterprise management through technological innovation and management innovation. The project will adopt advanced information technology means such as big data analysis, model calculation, artificial intelligence, etc., to comprehensively optimise all aspects of the enterprise's planning, production, quality control, cost, equipment, human resources, etc., so as to improve the enterprise's operational efficiency and profitability.

The main features of the MOM project:

1. Comprehensive integration of internal resources: through the in-depth integration of internal departments and business systems, it achieves resource sharing, reduces duplication of investment and improves resource utilisation.

2. Efficient collaboration of the entire manufacturing chain: the system responds to the management needs of the manufacturing process such as stamping, machining, welding, surface treatment, assembly, packaging and shipping. It also realises efficient collaboration among manufacturing-related functions such as planning, purchasing, production, outsourcing, process, quality, warehousing, logistics and equipment management.

3. Automated process management: through the introduction of automated tools and processes to achieve automated management of business processes, improve efficiency and reduce labour costs.

4. Continuous improvement and innovation: The MOM project will continuously introduce new technologies and management concepts to promote continuous improvement and innovation to ensure that the enterprise maintains a leading position in the fierce market competition.
